Monel K500 Plate is made up of a nickel copper alloy that has 63% nickel and 28% copper minimum with carbon, manganese, silicon, sulfur and iron in the composition. We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of the Monel K500 Plate products in different dimensions and types. There are thicker plates and thinner sheets along with coils and strips. The material has very high melting point of 1350 degrees Celsius which makes it applicable in high temperature applications. The Monel K500 Sheet also has a higher tensile strength and yield strength with high density.
The specification of these plates and sheets is ASTM B127. There are K500 Monel Hot Rolled Plates and cold rolled plates as different finishes to the same material. The sheets and plates also range in thickness from 0.3mm to 20mm, width of 1000mm to 2000mm and a length range of 2000mm to 6000mm.
